that I want to do the same with. There is an outfit in Youngstown, OH that will put a ceramic coating on your headers and then apply the VHT Flameproof ceramic coating (SP114) over top of this. has used these guys and may chime in. I know that is a haul for you but you may be able to find someone local willing to do the same.

As Sam said, I have had the fellows in Youngstown do two different sets of headers. I could not be happier with the finished product. One set has been on my red 67 for quite a few years and are holding up great. Same process done on mine except that they are white.
