I'm gonna go way out on a limb here and say that distributor is likely an 1111263. No vacuum advance with a tach drive, and probably has a ball bearing instead of a bushing in the area just under the pick-up. A picture like your top picture, but with the tach drive hole facing down would show the area in the casting where the casting was different for distributors that had the upper bearing.
