Most of the franchise parts stores stock these in the Dorman - HELP section. I stocked these 20 years ago and the original clips are getting more brittle every day.

Update 10/2/16...carb arrived from Eric...installed today. As you would expect it functioned perfectly right out of the box! A couple of pumps and she fired right up...runs good.

I found one of those kick-down gizmos...so, that part was replaced...kick-down working fine.

Now for an oil change and a fresh set of plugs and we will be ready for opening weekend at camp. I did notice a little noise underneath....looks like it's time for some exhaust work [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/rolleyes.gif[/img]

Well, as the cold weather moved in, I noticed the truck was harder to start. A call to the doctor solved the problem...an adjustment to the choke pull-off and an increase in the fast idle speed did the trick. She is now safely stored for the winter...no sleeping bag Sammy [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/rolleyes.gif[/img]
