I can buy it at the local airport. Open 24 hours and can swipe a cc. No price posted. I just have to enter how many gallons I want (makes it impossible to fill up). However, it is never quite double for what I would have paid locally for 91 premium, meaning right now, it is pretty darn cheap for racing gas.

I am guessing the stuff at the Sunoco stations is also free of road taxes since it is specified as "off road" use only.
