We knew we had work ahead of us as this 60 year old building needed a lot of upgrades to get to code. The building was sound with a new roof, East and West walls were concrete block and the posts and beams were solid redwood.
In some order we needed the back lot cleared,   The interior gutted  And anything removed that we didn't want!  Old boiler!  As most of the work has now been completed, I will do various updates over the next weeks so the progress reports don't drag on.
