Default Re: Evans Waterless Coolant

I am using Evans Coolant in a recently rebuilt 1970 Chevelle LS6. (800 miles since rebuild)
I have experienced no problems. Engine temp. swings between 205 and 215 depending on ambient temperature.
If there is a down side, it has not shown up yet.

What is the cost difference between Evans Coolant and Conventional Coolant? Don't you have to fill the system with 100% Evans Coolant verses Conventional 50% Coolant & 50% water? A few customers ran it in the 7.3 Ford Power Strokes when they first came out. I can't seem to justify the benefits for what it cost. Kinda like Amsoil, but that's another story (don't shoot the messenger). Just trying to learn here.
