Default Re: Carlisle GM Nationals

I had my Olds in the SLS and there were a total of 10 cars.....including an incomplete Chevelle shell on display by the Supercar guys (both) and Skip's '02 ZL-1 that he drove in Saturday morning. I attended because I "used" to enjoy doing that show, and felt compelled to after being invited by Brian. Now, it is borderline boring and this morning felt like being in jail waiting until I could load up and head home. Friday was a work day and I got there about 2pm. I'm guessing in the 4 hours from 2-6, there weren't 300 spectators in the SLS display. Saturday was better, but still never a huge crowd. Sad to say, I bet there weren't 50 Oldsmobiles INCLUDING the Toronado and Hurst Olds displays.
