So many of those cars lost their original engine, on a car like that it's a 50K hit if not more if the engine is gone. A very ratty blue/blue 435 roadster sold last year for top dollar of 125K. It needed everything (front clip and more) but had the original engine, trans, and rear. It also had a great tank sticker. I tried to buy it at 80K and folks thought I was nuts for offering that much. Someone finally paid his price and the car is under restoration now.
Don't forget that restorations on a car like that cost 100K plus. To "fluff" it can run 50K or more. Correct parts are very costly on '67 Corvettes.
