If you cannot find one, have chassis shop bend one up for your 67..
That's what I'm going to do, since they never made one for my car.. I brought many pics into the chassis shop, piece of cake for them to build.. I was quoted 150.00 to do the job, once I get time I will load up my car and bring it to them... There is a topic on the site for the correct Lakewood color, and you can still find the Lakewood stickers on ebay... Just a thought...
