That was Landy's 70 Challenger. Guy named Art Leong brought it back to New York with the intention of making a street racer out of it, but it never happened. Leong and his partner went legit before they did anything with the Landy car and started racing NHRA with some kind of ex-factory lightweight 71 Hemi Charger they found local. Thats the story I've heard, anyway.
