Based upon WILMASBOYL78 information I went back and started to look more carefully at the wiring along the firewall... and, found another wire with a bracket tucked away!
If this is the other TCS wire described then you have convinced me to put things back together closer to the stock configuration. I'm learning lots (as a sixty year old) newbie! Thanks
