on some of the early welded on chrome stick Hurst shifters , only way to ID it is by the dimensions of the chrome stick and numbers on the shifter levers
what is the height and set back of the stick?

that looks like an Impala shifter
that early style weld on, large Hurst letters stick was replaced about 1967 on some models but was continued on other models into the mid 1970s
