'69 L78 Water Pump rebuild

My plot thickens. So, it looks like my pump was replaced at some point, so I will need to track down a correct one. Here are the numbers on my pump:

Date Code: J 22 9 (Oct 22 1969)
Cast #: 3969811

Just out of curiosity I was wondering about the codes on my pump. I now know my pump is for MY '70 BBCs but I was under the impression that "-811s" would have a two digit year code i.e. "69" vs "9". Anyone know when the cut off was when the "-811s" started to use two digit year codes?

BTW: I believe I need a "3931065" with a date of March, April, or May '69 (up to 5/23 when my engine was put together) - I will check with Goulds, but if any have a lead, I would appreciate it. Thanks
