These are Bucket seat inserts from Bead to Bead with GM part numbers on the back.
My former LS6 car had one inserted on the bottom of an original bucket seat that had a tear in it. I dyed a Tan one into Black and it has been in the car for over 10 years with no issues what's so ever. See photo below of Black interior of my Former LS6 car (The bottom of the Passenger Bucket seat is an NOS piece that was Tan and Dyed to Black, Over 10 years of wear and it looks amazing still to this day)
One photo shows a dyed test half and half sample which I did 6 years ago just using the SEM cleaner with SEM black Dye. I have bent it, scratched it and so on and the SEM dye stays perfectly nice.
