Des, not sure I'm feeling the characterization of the similarities between the two engines.

It's my understanding that the carb is different between the two.

Plus, the heads and cam were different in the beginning of the year, but eventually the RAIII was downgraded to feature the same cam and heads as the 400/350 MT.
