Thanks Verne. Now I get to ask the stupid question. I am new at this so I want to be sure I am calculating this correctly. Do I divide the weight of the vehicle by the factors to determine the HP range that is acceptable?

Yes, that would do it as long as the factors are based weight per HP and not weight per CID.
