Joe,
I have all the rule books but I don't know the shipping weights of the cars, so you'll have to do the math. The factors for SS/EA were 8.70-9.49 for '68, 7.50-7.99 for '69, and 8.00-8.49 for '70.

All that hoping around seems a bit strange to me but that's what the rule books say.
