Not a plate frame but CamaroJoe posted the below emblem in a old thread here as being from Yenko Network Dealer Berglund in Jamestown NY but Rick mentioned he'd seen it on Berglund Roanoke VA cars... https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/ubbt...topics/52604/7 Maybe you've seen it already and know more but just an FYI in case you hadn't. Never heard of a Berglund in Roanoke. Have heard of Berglund Chevrolet in Jamestown NY

It’s not same old dealership or family as Ive reached out . Big thing is #45 was not ever registered or possible never sold and just used as race car . It was never reported stolen or had insurance on it . It’s has good home and now registered for first time around 2015
