Lake Havasu

I have to go to Vegas the second week of February. My wife and I are flying out the prior week on Thursday to spend a long weekend in Lake Havasu. Can anyone recommend places to stay and cool things to do?

The touristy area under the London Bridge is OK. We've never stayed overnight there, but in February, you should have no problem finding a place. We enjoy the lake boat tour on the Con Tiki.
