Good evening all. Wanted to keep everyone in the loop as far as whats been going on. Jon was taken to Germany yesterday but due to his and the other soldier's injuries being so severe they are getting them stateside as soon as they can. He is due to land at Andrews Air Base tommorow afternoon and will go directly to Walter Reed Hospital. He has numerous entry and exit wounds from the shrapnel but the main problems are he has a ball bearing lodged against his spinal cord and another against a vital artery. Jon has told his wife over and over he doesn't know how he is still alive. It's going to be tough going but we all know he has the stuff to make it. On the bright side we have three grandkids who still have a dad at Christmas time. Thank all of you for your support. In a screwed up world it's nice to know there are still alot of good people out there. Thanks again from all of us. Bob
