Too many great, original cars get re-painted and/or restored......which, to me means.... wrecked. I would not paint it!
I have survivors and restored cars.....and cherish the survivors the most.....because......they survived! Only original once. If you can't live with the rust holes - find a true magician that can fix those areas only. |

----Jim,,,If you think about it all your cars weather restored or not "survived". The restored ones aren't something else (Honda or refrigerator, etc.) after they were tortured to death because of that restoration. I might not want to own them all but I love them all, every last one, restored or original.....Bill S

I do too Bill. I have (and love) them as survivors or restored cars. There are so many way too cool cars that are too far gone that need a resto. I'm all for that.....keeping them around for me and others to enjoy. Heck - I have 4 resto's going on now because the cars needed it. I just don't like to see cars that don't need a resto get restored.....that's just me.....just my opinion. I wouldn't jump in front of Taylor Swift's tour bus to stop someone who wants to restore a good survivor....at least I don't think I would. :^)
