It's creased because he took it back with him to show all of his buddies. This photo has a lot of mileage on it.
Back to the theme of this post - 1st retail owner took delivery with Torq Thrusts that were installed by the dealer when the owner's son was using it as a demo. It was sold as a new car this way.

The Day 2 wheels of the 1960s were usually 14-inch so the original tires could be used. OEM redlines on 14x6s were common.
