NOS GM Part # 3963817, this was made to use the fiberglass cross ram hood with a single carb. I believe the air breather was a version of the cowl induction air cleaner minus the snorkel, as there was one floating around Team Camaro around ten years ago. Anyone that knows more please chime in. Cool piece of Camaro race history. $1,000.

A buddy of mine had one of the air cleaners for this setup a while back. I think he sold it, but it's a very cool setup.
