The same issue down here -- except a neighbor walked out and started talking to the two old boys who were with the "towing company". The neighbor took down the lic plate number from the front of the truck and looked at the rear and notice two different tags. Mutt and Jeff say him do this and quickly jumped into the truck and took off. LE were looking for the banditos.
