I have not heard of this anywhere but Ontario, and in my opinion it should only be available to the current owner of a car. Why should I be able to get that information?

I do not know either way about BC I would PM Chevellheart on here he is west of me.

I did it one time but it felt wrong:-) I wouldn't make a very good scammer.
