This 65 Malibu SS was advertised as an original L79 car that was sold new in Amarillo TX. I was a nice restoration, but I don't believe red lines were available in '65. It sold for $41.5K.

It had an Ivory bench seat interior and was documented with 4 build sheets. This car has been discussed on here before and I believe the rocker trim was added by a previous owner early in it's life. It sold for $80K.




This 70 Chevelle SS LS6 was advertised as an unrestored car with 15K miles and had it's original engine that was backed by a TH400. It was documented with a POP and window sticker. It sold for $60K. I believe this car was later determined to be an old restoration from the 80's and not an unrestored car.
