Yep, I use Testors transparent blue for the fuel line clips.
I will have to check that tip out for the green ones to Mike.

I go to Hobby Lobby in the model section. They sell a spray can of an army flat green that looks like an exact match.

I also sometimes go to Ace Hardware in the nut and bolt section. They have a couple of drawers full of various size squeeze clamps in the correct black, red, green, yellow colors.

Corvette suppliers have a zinc green paint that is meant for the bird cage. It's very close
