1. I wouldn't use Krylon.
2. The gloss is close, but probably a bit too shiny.
3. Wouldn't trust any other rattle can either.

I have seen posts (some by professionals) who claim the finish is full flat. I disagree. Still has some sheen, but you definitely want a flattening agent. I know of no source for the correct suede additive.

I replicated the suede finish by mixing the paint a little thicker than normal, then spraying from a distance.
