409 Corvair

Thanks Bill [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/smile.gif[/img] ,as you may know all Corvair diffs come from the factory with only 2 spider gears stock , both cars have been upgraded to 4 spiders and also in place of the stock sheet metal inspection cover a custom 1/4&quot; steel plate cover has been made and installed. Other then careful deburring of the diff parts and some shot peening of parts the diffs are stock . They don't appear to be very strong but they hold up quite well if not abused.I also use synthetic gear lube.
