Whose aftermarket belts do you have on it? I have heard people complain about Quanta belts and I have been using them for over 10 years with no known issues.

Rick, Most of the cars that you and I restore - are mostly Trailer Queens....you won't find many weekend drag cars or PSMCDR guys using Quanta Belts. It's a great factory correct product....just not good for over 6000 rpm. Dan

I tried the Quanta belts on my Chevelle & Camaro and had the same twisting problem at high RPM. So worried it would damage the curved neck radiator I switched to Napa belts also.
