Verne,
If you are unable to get an answer here, you might try contacting Michelin/Uniroyal. Several years ago they helped me accurately date the 1968 model year Uniroyal TigerPaw tires that I had.

Bill, I tried calling them but they can't find any info on that date code. They suggested I contact a dealer.
