This one still has the 68 foil tape badges on the fenders. He has the original engine which means it's either an L30 Nova or an L79 Nova.

I had those type of SS396 front marker light badges on a '68 Chevelle along with the rolling tach. 1968 had some interesting one year-only features that were pretty cool.
