I sent some pictures to Chris of near NOS factory dust shields from a '69Z with the AI paper sticker. I can post some pics of a low mile '70 Trans Am with the plated shields, the small crystals are visible. On most of the original low mile cars the dust shields are never really seem to be rusted, maybe a bit darker grey in color compared to the surface rust colored suspension components.
