| Re: Musclecar Photographs mrays

Here are some photos from MCACN 2009. I'm sorry a few of them are a tad blurry. It was one of the first times I shot photos indoors with a digital camera and I was using a slow shutter speed to compensate for the lighting. Nice 55 Bel Air convertible with a 485 horse 383. J. Schmeisser's 66 Caprice had a 390 horse 427 with air. J. Schmeisser's 66 Impala SS had a 390 horse 427 backed by a TH400. It was a documented low mileage car that was sold new at McGinnis Chevrolet in Scotland SD. J. Schmeisser's 66 Impala SS was a numbers matching L72 car. Here's a beautiful 66 Chevy II SS with an L79. B. Pfeiffer's 69 Nova SS was a documented L78 4 speed car. D. Brewer's 65 Malibu SS Z-16 was a low mileage numbers matching car. This gorgeous 70 Chevelle SS was Marina Blue and was a California built car. It was supposedly a 1 of 1 car due to the color. Nice 70 Chevelle SS with an LS6 backed by a TH400. C. White's 70 Chevelle SS convertible had an LS6 backed by a TH400. This car was sold new a Quality Chevrolet in Houma LA and was raced as "Tinker Toy". I believe at the time it had less than 4K miles on it. J. Karvonen's 69 Camaro SS was a documented L78 car that was built in Van Nuys and sold at Crossroads Chevrolet in North Hollywood CA. |
