It was just a thought anyway, sure wish it could've turned out otherwise.

Back to the subject at hand, perhaps someone here other than the OP should consider buying the whole lot of whatever exists of Brown Chevy/Olds Powhatan dealer paperwork?
If the seller would let it all go for a larger chunk, a quick cruise of what's there by someone understanding of the big picture may be enough to know if a worthwhile venture/adventure?
