No, it's not about the car in question being a COPO - it's about which brands used the channel for fleet and other special orders.

I think it's possible Fisher used the same card for several brands. The guy who owns the car(d) thinks that Oldsmobile used the COPO channel, and here is his proof. He's not making a claim that this car is COPO.

What makes you think that's a Fisher Body Broadcast Copy rather than an Oldsmobile BC?
