Rick-

I used Motorsport Powdercoating up in Delavan, WI (262/740-2030) back in 2008 when I did my front suspension. They usually have a booth they advertise from up in Jefferson. I think they are still around.

Since I drive mine and sometimes get caught in the rain, I wanted to powdercoat the cast iron pieces. They were able to pretty closely replicate a raw cast iron finish for the spindles and upper control arm cross shafts, etc. If I remember correctly I think they used a 60% gloss for the chassis black for the control arms. May be a bit far from Ed from the western suburbs though.
