i need some help from you guys who know more than me , i have looked at 4 1970 chevelles ss , for sale in the past month . all 4 are stated to be cranberry red cars , no big thing about what color my purchase would be . but 2 cars where bright red in color . 2 cars where orange in color . can anyone help , please ,

Are you asking what the proper trim tag code is,(75),or what the proper paint formula mixture is?
Monaco orange..aka Hugger Orange~Dupont formula 926-99616,was a possible special order factory color for them too that year. Here's two of my factory Cranberry Red SS L-78 Chevelle,followed by two LS-6 Monaco Orange,if it helps. |
