A few things to consider. Laquer has a different sheen than bc/cc simply because of the clear. To replicate the laquer buffer sheen, you need to reshoot laquer.
Also, GM used 4 different paint jobbers. DuPont, ditzler, Acme, and R&M. All of them are slightly different. CS is very hard to find scanable pieces as it degraded quickly in the UV rays. Scans also are only as reliable as the scanner. The newer scanners are much better than the older versions, so if you go that was get the newest version available.
We do have the formula in chroma premier that we shot Bill Edel's CS deuce in. We'd be glad to share that with you if you want it. Might take a while to dig out. Justbadjoe has it somewhere. Let me know if you would like it.
