I was wondering if anybody could possibly ID what year this old aftermarket Hurst shifter is from. Not sure if that's possible but figured I might as well ask. I have a feeling it may have been installed in my '67 Camaro within the first year of ownership but maybe it's a little later than that. It has the early handle with the larger Hurst letters, it has a natural finish (or Cad plating?) rather than the black finish you see on the newer ones, the stiffener for the handle is unthreaded and the two bolts to attach the handle get inserted from the passenger side rather than the driver's side like the newer Hurst shifters. There's no numbers of any kind on the levers. Not quite sure if they are GM or Hurst. I'd love to hear any thoughts and opinions. Thanks.
