and the grind marks ? </div></div> That's 100% real. I am going to assume that the "grind" marks are just from a tool adjusting the alternator when it's in place. Corvette HP alternators from this era all had "strange" looking stamps. Here is a 1970 LS5 Corvette stamp for comparison.
