Well, heres a update before the end of the year. The body is home. Paint was completed during the summer and I picked it up sometime in sept. It was very nice indeed..and I had visions of putting it back on the frame..installing all the goodies I have amassed onto the freshly painted body. But thats not the case. On the way back home with the body in the trailer, the wheel hubs on the rotisserie collapsed. This allowed the straps to come loose!. Was not a pretty sight when I opened the doors at home. So, repairs are under way. Both quarters and doors kissed the trailer sides... for awhile ..rockers too. Have a local shop helping me out with the paint repairs. Working the bottom of the car now. More after the holidays.
