that 38 number was in a Yenko book but I am not sure where they got it

Vince E has original Yenko inventory sheets and his numbers have been used for over 25 years.
Vinnce did state back in the 1980s that he has a Yenko inventory list for 37 1969 L78 Novas and said 30 were converted to 427 Yenko Novas.
