396 Crank Numbers/application

I guess I'm just going to move past this. Seems every source that comes up on google tells a different story about those two crankshafts. Some say nodular iron, some say forged, Colvin's book says '65-69 for 3144 but other sources say 68-85. I even found at least 3 different journal sizes from various other sources. I found a huge old stash of parts but I'm trying to find out what I'm buying if purchased. Appreciate any assistance!
