Hey guys, thanks for the links. I've pretty much seen all of them in my research & found an old posting on here for a 66 chevy II with Fitzpatrick paperwork. Sadly I was informed he sold the car & doesn't have contact info. Would have loved to get some photos of the paperwork or old business cards.
