Hopefully the car is out there and known or could be found. Thank you very much for posting! Van Chevrolet was also in the area and sold at least one Harrell car that I know of. That car also had the metal Harrell emblem on the rear quarter. Rick

Love, love seeing the car driven in the snow like it was back then. I believe those traction bars are a tell tale sign that car came from Harrell's Shop. I believe his original ZL-1 car had those on early in its career. They just look familiar. With those pictures and those mods to the car, I would say you are really on to something!
