can anyone help giving me all the GM part numbers for the 1970 F41 Nova rear sway bar assembly
from leaf spring plates through to the frame/body brackets

I don't have one, but aren't all the sway bar parts and numbers listed (with an exploded diagram) in the assembly manual?
