Default Re: Brents 1969 L78 Original California Camaro

I have more fun cleaning and refurbishing original parts and components than replacing with repo. Especially when people have to do a double take as to whether it is original or restored. I try hard to make sure the details are not perfect, but have them look perfectly in place. (does that make sense?)

The biggest compliment I can get regarding my restorations is if a knowledgeable collector asks themselves is this restored or is it a low mile preserved survivor?

I have seen a few restored cars over the years where when I look at them I go back and start looking more and more to determine whether or not the car was restored, along with the high performance survivors they are the ones I remember.
