I met a guy years ago that had a complete Z-11 engine on the stand in the back of an old shed. He said he bought the whole car back in the early 70's, but only wanted the 427. He pulled the motor, sold the rest and never heard anymore about it. Said the car was silver or light blue and came from back west somewhere. I don't know how much truth there is to the story, but the engine was definitely real.
