Best is always use the alphabetical thing only as a guide but that said, a 2'nd Smith would sure make sense also other Smiths coming after Ammon Smith even more so?
And it's Al Grenning the 'Vette guy that may be able to help w/ old dealer codes, here's his website and email below.
Good luck and thanks Jon, I've spent countless hours enjoying all your great Z-28 and Trans-Am research also other postings!

OK, well I definitely know who Al Grenning is so I will send him an email. Thanks for the recommendation. I'm glad you have enjoyed the Trans-Am and Z-28 postings. It has been fun to share that stuff although it gets time consuming.

Jon, Al and Drew provided the dealer name and address based on the shipping record zone and dealer code.

Steve, I guess I'm not following what you're saying. Who did they supply it to?

When I received my NCRS shipping record it listed a zone and dealer code but no dealer name or address. I contacted Al G. and Drew P. and they both provided me with the dealer name and address. I contacted Al through his website.
